Acumen Subject Matter Expert – Client Support & Training
Are you an experienced Acumen user who has spent years working hands-on within a Trust & Corporate Services or Family Office environment and really understands how the system is used day-to-day?
We’re looking for someone who knows Acumen from the inside and enjoys helping others get the best out of it.
This role is ideal for a former administrator, manager, or systems champion who has been the “go-to” person for Acumen internally and now wants to use that expertise more broadly.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll act as a trusted Acumen expert, supporting firms across the TCSP sector by:
Helping clients resolve real-world Acumen queries and operational challenges
Delivering user training, onboarding, and best-practice guidance
Translating complex workflows into clear, practical explanations
Creating and maintaining high-quality user documentation and guides
Sharing insight into how Acumen supports compliance, workflows, reporting, billing, and client administration
This is not a development or coding role. Instead, it’s about practical knowledge, communication, and understanding how TCSP businesses actually operate.
Why this role is different
You’ll work with people who already use Acumen and value your experience
Your TCSP background and operational insight really matter here
You’ll influence how clients adopt, configure, and succeed with Acumen
You’ll be part of shaping best practice across the Acumen user community
You’ll be a great fit if you:
Have strong hands-on experience using Acumen in a TCSP or Family Office
Understand trust and corporate workflows, compliance, billing, and reporting
Are confident explaining systems to both administrators and senior users
Enjoy being people-facing and helping others work more efficiently
Are organised, proactive, and comfortable owning client interactions
If you’ve spent years using Acumen and want a role where your experience is genuinely valued — rather than starting again in a junior or technical position — we’d love to hear from you.
