Are you an experienced Acumen user with strong communication skills and a knack for explaining complex systems in simple terms?
We’re looking for someone with excellent working knowledge of the Acumen administration system to support our clients through:
Customer support and troubleshooting
User training and onboarding
Creating and maintaining documentation and guides
This isn’t a development or technical coding role. Instead, it’s ideal for someone who’s been 'on the other side of the fence' working directly with Acumen in a Trust, Corporate Services, or Family Office environment, and who understands the value of clear communication and practical support.
You’ll be helping others get the most out of Acumen’s powerful tools for client administration, task and workflow management, compliance, reporting, billing, and more
