Finance and Operations Manager

Are you a skilled finance professional with strong organisational abilities and a practical, hands-on approach to operations?

We’re looking for a Finance and Operations Manager  to run the company finances and be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company.  

Based in either Reading or Guernsey you’ll be an integral member of the Executive team, supporting our strategic growth and ensuring the smooth operation of financial, administrative, and operational processes across the company.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, combining financial management with wider business operations, and who’s confident taking responsibility, improving systems, and helping drive the next stage of Vega’s development.
