Solution

Using the Sirius application framework, Vega were able to develop a work activity scheduling and monitoring system designed to meet JTC’s requirements. It has an integrated escalation processing engine and email alerts tool so that activities can be monitored in real-time and reported on regularly for internal or external compliance purposes.
